Here is a question for you and your class to think about...
What would a world without Slavery look like?
This is a question we contemplate all the time. If slaves were not used to farm, or build or sew would everything become more expensive? Would people worry that maybe prices for things would go up or would they go up at all? Maybe if there was no slavery in the world profit for some businesses would not be as big or would it lead to companies having to let people go if they had to pay everyone a fair wage.
So what would the world look like? Answers below please...
